Meet the FatouFIT Waist Trainer, featuring our signature NeoFIT double-compression design. Made with premium latex-free neoprene, it combines customizable compression, full midsection coverage, and structured back support for workouts and everyday wear.
Unlike many traditional waist trainers, the FatouFIT Waist Trainer uses two adjustable Velcro compression straps instead of zipper or hook closures. This allows you to adjust the fit and compression based on your body and comfort while helping the belt stay structured during movement.
Flexible ABS Supporting Rods along the back provide added structure and lumbar support while helping the belt resist rolling or folding.
Why Coach Fatou created it: After recovering from two spinal injuries, Coach Fatou wanted a waist trainer that combined shaping and adjustable compression with the practical support she needed in everyday life. That experience led to the NeoFIT design and ultimately the FatouFIT Waist Trainer.
Each waist trainer includes a FatouFIT branded mesh storage bag for easy storage and travel.

Fit & Wear
Measure the widest area of your waist and use the FITme Size Chart to select your size. Choose your waist size using the FITme Size Chart, then select Regular or Big & Tall based on your torso length and preferred coverage. Big & Tall offers additional vertical coverage for longer torsos or those who prefer more coverage across the midsection.
For comfort, we recommend wearing a thin undershirt or tank top underneath the belt. Adjust both compression straps until the belt feels secure and supportive without over-tightening.
The FatouFIT Waist Trainer can be worn during workouts, walking, everyday activities, work, or other parts of your active lifestyle.

Choose Your Best Fit
Measure the widest area of your waist and match your measurement to the FITme Size Guide below.
Between two sizes? We recommend choosing the larger size.
Regular or Big & Tall?
Choose your waist size first, then select the style that best fits your torso and preferred coverage.
Regular: Best for standard or shorter torso lengths and everyday midsection coverage.
Big & Tall: Designed with additional vertical length for longer torsos or anyone who prefers more coverage across the upper and lower midsection.
If you have a shorter torso, we generally recommend the Regular style so the belt sits comfortably without extending too far down the body.
